WEEEEE.
on thursday went for mass run.
did pretty badly.
got 8th overall.
felt stupid at end of run.
because in the 3/4 part of run.
i though there was half more track.
so ran slowly....slowly....slowly.....
and found out finish just few hundred metres away.

i though i ran faster in gyms and PE.
must aim for 12 at next napfa sometime during PE.
and napfa is coming.i have to improve =.=
my sit and reach last year was what pull me down from gold to silver.
got just like what 29 or 28cm.
hope get C which is minimum for gold.
okay.after mass run went soccer.
with fadhli sijie they all.
improved abit offensively.
but still no goal XD.
defense was good.
the xenon main won xenon underdogs(the term fadhli uses to describe the reserves/subs).

the ball in the air then nabil(gk) and fadhli both went for the ball.
then fadhli got a touch and somehow looped over nabil and into the net.

on friday i went to watch S.League soccer match at jalan besar stadium.
with sijie fadhli and nicholas.
nic mother send us thre.
was fun.lucky the match was damn high paced.
end to end stuff.
match was between gombak utd and brunei dpmm.
brunei won 2-1.
from 2 free kicks =.=
the referee was bribed or sth.
helped the brunei dpmm whole way through.
damn that bangla ref.
gombak dominated the match.
somehow got caught out on counter attack from brunei and gave away needless free kicks.
and their free kick taker was good.
shooting past the hapless gombak keeper both times.
and there finished.
went from with fadhli car.
and tadah.
and lalala.
and homed.
